1. about these terms
   these terms apply to the use of the lawa website and all products, workshops and services offered by lawa by stéphanie schranz (zurich, switzerland) collectively referred to in these conditions as «we», «us» and «our». when we refer to «you» and «your» we mean the user of this website, the purchaser of goods, or user of our services. by using this website or booking a workshop or buying a bracelet, you accept these terms.

2. who can join
   workshops (e.g. yoga, breathwork, journaling, mindfulness), referred to as lawa moments, are open to participants 16+. participation is at your own responsibility. please arrive on time and respect the group setting.

3. health & responsibility
   by booking a lawa moment, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate. if you have medical concerns, please consult a doctor beforehand. lawa is not liable for injuries, accidents or health issues, unless caused by gross negligence.

4. insurance
   participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage. lawa and all instructors teaching on our behalf accept no responsibility or liability for complaints or injuries of any kind arising in connection with participation in lawa moments.

5. liability release
   by participating, you accept the risks that come with physical and mindfulness activities. you release lawa from liability for injuries, damages or losses arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

6. personal belongings
   lawa accepts no liability for lost or stolen valuables on our premises. please take care of your belongings.

7. media consent
   photos or videos may be taken during lawa moments. if you do not want to appear in photos or videos, inform the instructor before the workshop.WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

8. Booking & Payment
   Workshops and events must be paid in advance, latest while arriving on site.
   Payment methods: bank transfer, TWINT, credit card (if activated), or any other method shown on the website.

9. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellation up to 24 hours before the workshop → full refund

   Cancellation less than 24 hours → no refund

   — If LAWA cancels an event, you receive a full refund or can move to another date.

10. Online Classes (if offered)
    If you book an online lawa moment, participation links are personal and may not be shared.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS (JEWELERY)

1. Products & Variations
   lawa jewelry is handmade. Small variations in colour, shape or material are normal and not considered defects.

2. Shipping
   Shipping within Switzerland, international on request.
   Delays caused by postal services do not justify cancellation.

3. Returns & Repairs
   Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects.
   Defective items can be repaired or replaced within 14 days of delivery.
   Used or damaged items cannot be returned.

DATA PROTECTION

1. Data Use
   We collect only the personal data needed to process orders, bookings and communication.
   Data is handled confidentially and never sold to third parties.
   We may use service providers (e.g., payment processors or booking tools) if necessary and this website is made with squarespace.

2. Newsletter
   You may receive emails about workshops, news or product updates only if you sign up for it.
   You can unsubscribe at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. Rights
   All texts, photos, workshop (lawa moment) concepts, and product designs are the property of LAWA.
   Copying, reproducing or using content without written permission is not allowed.

LAW & JURISDICTION

1. Governing Law
   Swiss law applies.

CHANGES

   LAWA may update these Terms at any time.
